Show House Bathrooms

Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoyed a long holiday weekend and are ready to finish up the Show House with me today!

Last but certainly not least, are the Show House Bathrooms!

First stop: The Powder Bathroom

BEFORE

This bathroom certainly left something to be desired. It was a small bathroom to begin with, but then an extra deep, floating vanity was added that made it feel extra small.

AFTER

We brightened it up quite a bit with a good lighting choice and white shiplap on the sink wall. We also added this adorable (and small, yet functional) wall-mounted sink – this was a Travis find, I can’t even take credit! The floors in here are my beloved 6.5″ hickory that we used throughout the house. We used SW Requisite Gray on all the non-shiplap walls, paired with white trim and a fun mirror from Lowes.

Next stop: The Hall Bathroom

BEFORE

How much do you love a bathroom with carpet? Not at all? OK good, me either. And how about a vanity with missing doors and pieced together drawer facings? Yeah, didn’t think so. 😉

AFTER

I love how this bathroom turned out! We knew two little Princesses would be using this space, so we gave each girl her own vanity, paired with fun-shaped mirrors, antique gold pendant lights, and light pink walls (SW Zurich White).

Final stop: The Master Bathroom

BEFORE

More carpet! Imagine that! This bathroom was so tiny and such an awkward space. The fact that there was a wall and door separating the toilet/shower area from the vanity area made no sense because of the fact you could barely move and basically had to step on the toilet in order to shut the door. We knew the wall had to come out to make things feel bigger. We also moved the wall to the left back some in order to actually have a true bathroom door (the doorway to the vanity area was just an opening without a door). Not pictured, we also moved the closet entrance from the opposite end of this small space to the master bedroom (pictured better in The Show House Bedroom update).

AFTER

I love how much more open and bright this space felt after knocking out the dividing wall, extending the main wall and moving the closet door! We added an amazing hex tile (special order from Lowes) that I’m still drooling about, did a custom tile shower, shiplap behind the vanity, sconce lights from Houzz and a gorgeous Home Decorators Collection 60″ vanity from Home Depot.

This master bathroom is on up there in my top 3 all time favorite bathrooms. What do you think? Do you love this space as much as I do?
