Let’s talk a little bit about the exterior of The Show House.
The exterior was pretty drab and dark when we first laid eyes on it, but there was so much potential in this rancher, and I knew a coat of paint would go a long way. The exterior of this house needed a new roof, front door, lighting and gutters, wood rot replaced on the eaves, all new deck boards and railings, as well as paint for EVERY surface. We lucked out with the fact that it already had great, practically new windows that let in beautiful sunlight.
And without further adieu, here are some B&A’s of The Show House Exterior Transformation. Links to everything used at the bottom.
